Transport for LondonORR access options
Earlier this year, we responded to the ORR's consultation regarding the principles they intended to adopt in relation to track access options on the National Rail network.
We are supportive of the main conclusions and principles set out in the ORR's consultation document. However, we do have reservations about:
- The potential time limitation of access options
- The relationship between route utilisation strategies and future applications
- The potential applicability of additional charges in respect of the granting of options
These concerns are set out fully in our response.
