TfL London Rail demands changes to Integrated Kent Franchise
London Rail - part of Transport for London - has criticised the SRA's proposals for an Integrated Kent Franchise as being totally inadequate for the needs of mid-distance commuting to London from Kent. London Rail has submitted a formal response to the SRA demanding changes to the proposed franchise which fails to deliver sufficient capacity to cope with growth of London's population and jobs - which will lead to serious overcrowding and inconvenience for passengers.
