TfL records its support for the Office of the Rail Regulators proposed changes to the rail industry performance regime.
TfL issued its response to the ORR'S consultation on performance regimes this week. This registers broad support for the proposals and particularly the ability to develop flexible regimes and performance trajectories to meet local conditions.
