TfL's response to Network Rail's South West Mainline Route Utilisation Strategy
TfL London Rail has submitted a formal response to Network Rail`s Consultation based on results from the South West London Rail Corridor Plan study undertaken by London Rail. Proposed measures to address current and forecasted levels of crowding in the South West Area are at the core of our recommendations to Network Rail.
Collaborative work is already underway with Network Rail and the DfT to ensure an integrated approach is adopted for National Rail planning.
