RMT strike affecting Tube services until end of Thursday

04 September 2007

A strike by RMT members of Metronet staff is currently taking place.

The only Underground services operating are the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Northern lines. We anticipate that they will be very crowded.

Services may not return to normal until Friday morning, unless the strike is resolved.

Please use alternative routes, including DLR, National Rail and bus services.

Valid tickets are being accepted on London Buses, C2C, Chiltern, DLR, First Great Western, One Railway, Silverlink, South Eastern services and Heathrow Connect.

Please note, Underground tickets will not be accepted on Heathrow Express services.
