Transport for London has approved the following fees with effect from 1 April 2004.

The increases in respect of the taxi trade have been included in the cost of living index used to set the forthcoming rise in taxi fares
Transport for London has also authorised the making of private hire vehicle regulations, which includes the following application and licence fees. The effective date for the introduction of private hire vehicle licensing will be announced separately.
