Transport for LondonImprovement works at Dagenham Heathway station
The ticket hall will also close for one additional weekend later in the year.
The works will include improvements to CCTV and communications equipment, better lighting, new flooring in the ticket hall and redecoration.
The closures will take place during the following weekends:
- 19/20 March 2005 - Ticket hall closure ONLY;
- 25/26/27/28 March 2005 (Easter weekend) - Full station closure;
- 9/10 April 2005 - Full station closure;
- 28/29/30 May 2005 (Bank Holiday weekend) - Full station closure.
A rail replacement bus service will operate between Dagenham Heathway and Becontree Tube stations during the three weekend station closures. The bus services will meet the first and last Tube connections and run at 15 minute intervals.

- Metronet are doing this improvement work and are responsible for the maintenance and renewal of the Circle, District, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City and East London Line.
