Northern line track improvement work

Due to track replacement work on the Northern line no trains will run between East Finchley and High Barnet/Mill Hill East on Saturdays and Sundays, 10-11 and 17-18 December 2005.

Valid Underground tickets will be accepted on local bus services

Transport for London (TfL) is investing £10 billion over the next five years to improve and expand London's transport network, with more than half of that going into the Tube.

The track improvement works are being carried out by Tube Lines, who are responsible for the maintenance and renewal of the Northern line.

Bus services

Two Rail Replacement Bus Services will be running on these weekends:

Valid Underground tickets will be accepted on local bus services.

Passengers should allow an extra 30 minutes for their journeys particularly late at night in order to make their connections with last trains.
