Milton poems on the Tube
London Underground is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the birth of poet John Milton by displaying his poems on trains across the network.
The celebration will include 'The Expulsion from Eden' - the final lines from 'Paradise Lost', and 'Book 12' by Milton, which is considered by many to be one of the greatest poems written in the English language.
Works by other poets, both classical and contemporary, also form part of the series.
They have been chosen to offer commuters a few moments of contemplation away from their daily routine.

Urban boost for Richmond
Visitors to Sheen Lane Centre Community Hall in Richmond are now benefiting from the completion of a £225,000 improvement project.
The scheme has revitalised a once tired space by sweeping away clutter and transforming the area in front of the centre and its inside yard.
Damaged street furniture and outdated planters have been removed, a new natural looking smooth surface provided, better lighting installed and signs and noticeboards upgraded.
Other improvements include new tree and shrubs, new and refurbished benches, improved cycle stands and more litter bins.
The bulk of the funding - £175,000 - came from Transport for London, with £50,000 provided by Richmond Council.
