Vote now for a chance to win £100 of free travel

THE search is on again for the London Underground (LU) customer service team of the year, and passengers are being urged to vote.

If you think the staff at your Tube station provide an excellent service, let LU know and you could win £100 of free Oyster travel by nominating them online.

Customer service points to consider include:

Do staff go out of their way to help in everyday situations and out of the ordinary circumstances?

Do they keep you well informed of the latest travel information?

Are they well presented and is the station clean and tidy?

The winning team will be presented with their award at the London Transport Awards next March.

And one lucky voter will be presented with £100 worth of Oyster travel.

To cast your vote, log on to tfl.gov.uk/tube, select your chosen station and enter your contact details.

The closing date for voting is Monday, January 11, 2010.
