Saddle up for a capital weekend
Cycle Friday
The guided rides will be led by marshals from the London Cycling Campaign, who will provide everyone with a bike check and a map before setting off.
The rides start at 8am from six locations across the capital:
- Brixton to Russell Square: Corner of Brixton Road and Coldharbour Lane
- Finsbury Park to St Paul's: Finsbury Park Gate, Seven Sisters Road
- Mile End to St Paul's: Under the green bridge near Mile End station
- Ravenscourt to Trafalgar Square: Ravenscourt Park Tube
- Swiss Cottage to Holborn: Hampstead Theatre, Eton Avenue, at the junction with Swiss Cottage gyratoryGreenwich to St Paul's: Cutty Sark Gardens, King William Walk
Tour of Britain
Watch the world's top cyclists race past the London's landmarks for free, during the final stage of The Tour of Britain on Saturday.
The 8.6km route (which the riders complete ten times) starts and finishes on Victoria Embankment, taking in Big Ben, Cleopatra's Needle, Somerset House and the Tower of London.
Skyride
On Sunday, riders of all ages and abilities will be encouraged to get on their bikes with friends and family as part of the Mayor of London's Skyride.
The 15km traffic-free route takes riders past Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, Cannon Street, Bank and Cheapside through the heart of the City.

Win big with the Tour of Britain
Join tomorrow's Cycle Friday and you could win the chance to present a top cyclist with the winning jersey at Saturday's final stage of The Tour of Britain.
Everyone taking part in the rides will be entered into the draw for the once in a lifetime prize, which also includes VIP tickets for the hospitality area at Victoria Embankment.
