About 24 million journeys are made every day by both visitors and Londoners. Our job is to consider their safety, health and comfort, as well as our impact on the environment and air quality in particular. We also have to carry out works on our services with the least inconvenience to our customers and historical structures, both above and below ground.
We're a complex organisation with 28,000 staff based in different locations across the city. One way to ensure this is through our apprenticeship schemes which give us a direct pipeline to the best talent.
