TfL subsidiaries

We have three subsidiaries: London Transport Insurance Guernsey Ltd, the TfL Pension Fund Trustee Company and Transport Trading Ltd.

Transport Trading Ltd (TTL) has six wholly-owned subsidiaries and one joint-venture company:

In addition, LBSL has one wholly-owned subsidiary, London Dial-a-Ride Ltd, and one joint-venture company, UK Tram Ltd (a joint venture with the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK, the Light Rapid Transit Forum and PTEG Ltd).

The activities carried out by LBSL, London Buses, London River Services and Victoria Coach Station are overseen by TfL's Surface Transport directorate, which also has responsibility for Street Management, the Public Carriage Office and the Transport Policing Enforcement Directorate.
