Licence fee consultation

Between January and March 2008, we carried out a review of the present licence fee structure with the aim of making sure it remains appropriate.

The consultation put forward the following options:

• Re-apportionment of fees under the existing structure (Option 1)
• Multi-tiered fee structure (Option 2)
• Fee structure based on the nubmer of operating centres (Option 3)
• No change to the fee structure (Option 4)
