We operate three different passenger information services providing details of licensed private hire operators:
- Text 'HOME'
Users in London can text the word HOME to 60835 (60TfL). Two local, licensed 24-hour minicab firm phone numbers are sent directly to their mobile phone. Over 2500 users have already received numbers for local minicab firms through this service - Findaride
Users can search online for licensed private hire operators, in their area by the type of service they offer, including whether they have wheelchair accessible vehicles available - 24 hour travel information

Adding your details to information services

This is an ongoing survey with no deadline, please send us your copy as soon as you would like us to inform passengers about your services.
Guidance is included on the form and please be realistic in describing the areas that you can serve and the times when you operate. We understand that the information on numbers of drivers and vehicles is likely to change over time, but it will be helpful to give an accurate picture of your current services. This is of particular interest in the provision of wheelchair-accessible services, and in the availability of women drivers as a means of assurance to female passengers.
This information gathering exercise is entirely optional and completely separate from our licensing functions. There is no obligation on you to give us any of this additional information and the answers you provide will not affect your licensing status with the PCO in any way. You must separately notify the PCO of any changes to your licence.
