Transport for LondonChange of address
- Send both your paper licences to the Public Carriage Office with a covering letter stating your new address and the date of change
or
- Visit us with both your paper licences and complete a change of address form and submit it.
In both cases the licences will be amended and returned.
If previous changes have filled the back of your licence, we will issue you with a new one. We will need two passport-sized photos to do this.
