Freight - a lorry headlight We have launched the first unified freight plan for London - a major step towards more efficient movement of goods within the Capital.

We aim to balance the needs of London's economy with those of other transport users, the environment and Londoners' quality of life.

The London Freight Plan has been produced after consultation with the freight industry, freight users, investors and regulators.
