Some of the housing needs to be refurbished, while other properties are to be demolished to make way for new homes. We are open to selling part of the land for redevelopment.
The London Borough of Haringey has granted planning consent for our proposals and the London Borough of Enfield will grant consent subject to a S106 Agreement. This agreement commits the developer to community benefits as part of the project.
These steps will help end the uncertainty which has hung over the area for many years.
We are currently working on plans to develop the site and have teamed up with the London Borough of Enfield to regenerate this part of north London.
