About the project
We have assembled a project team to build new houses and flats on the A40 sites.
Challenges include noise and air pollution. We also aim to establish a 'green corridor' to form a boundary between the A40 and local residents.
Working with architects Austin Smith Lord, we have put together innovative designs for the new houses. These include several environmental features to reduce noise and air pollution and should help create more desirable homes.
We intend to announce marketing dates after planning consent has been awarded.
