How we select
We select a new tenant based on the following criteria:
- Rental offer
- Proposed type of business
- Financial strength of the applicant
- Proposed use
- Previous experience in running a business
We will always advise you of the status of your application.
If you're interested in looking at one of the units on our vacancy list, please get in touch with the relevant contact.
If you've seen a vacant unit you can't find listed, this may be because it is already under offer.
Applications
If you'd like to make an offer for a unit, please complete the application form for vacant premises (PDF 115KB)
You should include the address or reference number of the unit for which you are applying. We'll also need to see a copy of your credit report.
