Charity collections

If you're collecting for a registered charity, school, church or hospital you can apply to collect at Tube stations. We also allow festive carol singing or music during December.

Here's what you need to do:

When and where you want to collect

The Customer Service Centre will check the availability of the stations and, once agreed, will send you a Charities Collection pack. This includes a letter of authority, which allows you to collect on the dates and at the stations listed.

We will also notify the station supervisor in advance.

Safety in the station

You can only collect or sing in the ticket hall area, clear of any lifts, escalators or automatic barriers.

You can't collect on trains, please follow the instructions of station staff during your collection.
