Use our interactive coach map to find out where you can pick up and set down near London's theatres.
Coach bays
Please don't arrive more than 10 minutes after the end of your passengers' show as it will stop other drivers picking up their passengers.
You can find bays on:
- Kingsway
The Strand - Russell Street
These bays are part of a trial. If they are successful we hope to see more bays for you to use right across the West End. Please do give us your comments or suggestions about them by emailing coaches@tfl.gov.uk.
Coach Theatreland leaflet
This leaflet will help you find suitable, convenient places for dropping off and picking up your passengers in London's Theatreland. The map is also useful for theatregoers as it highlights all the theatres in the area.
Coach pick-up card
You can download coach pick-up cards below to give to your passengers. This will give them the comfort of knowing exactly when and where their coach will pick them up fromat theend of a show.
Coach Ban Areas
London has a number of Coach Ban Areas to protect residents from the impact of coaches on residential streets. These are well signposted. Please do not enter these areas unless it is to access premises and local road signs allow it.
Driver courtesy
You must stay with your vehicle at all times and must not leave your engine running when parking or waiting. Not switching off your engine is one of the most common complaints that people have about coaches in London.
