You asked

Dear Transport for London, Please confirm if "Cross-London" National Rail tickets marked with a Maltese Cross symbol remain valid for entry and exit at Baker Street underground station as detailed in Schedule 1 and Section 7.1 of the Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement 2000. Please also provide copies in PDF format of any information, guidance and training material issued to staff working at Baker Street station which relates to determining the acceptance and validity of these tickets and the journies for which they may be used to enter and exit at Baker Street. If the Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement 2000 has been superseded by a newer arrangement then please provide a copy of the latest relevant agreement as a PDF document.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 April 2024 asking for information about acceptance of "Cross-London" National Rail issued tickets at Baker Street station.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your specific questions and our replies are as follows:

Please confirm if "Cross-London" National Rail tickets marked with a Maltese Cross symbol remain valid for entry and exit at Baker Street underground station as detailed in Schedule 1 and Section 7.1 of the Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement 2000.
Yes “Cross London” tickets are valid if they bear the Maltese Cross and start and end with a National Rail journey.

Please also provide copies in PDF format of any information, guidance and training material issued to staff working at Baker Street station which relates to determining the acceptance and validity of these tickets and the journies for which they may be used to enter and exit at Baker Street.

If the Through Ticketing (Non-Travelcard) Agreement 2000 has been superseded by a newer arrangement then please provide a copy of the latest relevant agreement as a PDF document.
The Agreement dated 2000 is still the most recent Through Ticketing agreement.
